We are willing to invest our time and energy in your company, taking the same risks that you do.  We are not trying to take control of your company, rather we want a share of your company commensurate with our investment.  Profit sharing can be very creative since we have no set programs that give us an unfair advantage.  We can work on a percentage of sales, a percentage of income or equity in the company.  Everything is agreed upon upfront, so both parties understand that collaboration leads to success.
